This years POLLEN 8 MUSIC FESTIVAL starts at 1pm with a whole range of acoustic artists playing outside(weather permitting,if not inside)in the new bar area until 6pm and then from 6.30pm we will move inside for 7 bands on the main stage. ACOUSTIC STAGE LINE UP-This years winner of the songs from the heart of cheshire(winner announced on the 26th aug),Paul Wilkes,Scotish John,Myles,Paul and Ryan(from Laurel Canyon Boulevard),Si Cliff,Gary Fulton,Ian Scanlan,Will Garner,Phillipa,Mark Hawkins(Hawkeye,Anthony Harvison MAIN STAGE LINE UP-Trevor Six and the General,Paul Wilkes and The Drunken Boat,Laurel Canyon Boulevard,The Amber Club,The Targets,Barely Legal,One more tbc... Admission for the festival is free till 7pm and then its only £3 after 7pm. This years festival is open age until 9pm so families and young music lovers very welcome. Alternative/Indie dj Andy Kirwan will be playing throughout the day and the BBQ will be available all day for food. So the day begins at 1pm and finishes at 2am,so come on down and check out some of the north wests best emerging talents.

PAUL WILKES AND THE DRUNKEN BOAT-Emerging as one of the countries best singer/songwriters,Paul has now added a backline of excellent musicians who go by the name of The Drunken Boat.Paul will be playing 2 sets for the festival-One Acoustic in the afternoon and one with the band at night

LAUREL CANYON BOULEVARD- Recently reformed with a new drummer,the lads play a real pick me up style of Americana/Indie Rock.They have had some top support slots in the past with the likes of Hard-Fi.They will be performing on both stages at the festival.
